A few months ago we posted about some BC Dairy Posters we created for their annual Milk Slam Campaign. The posters have since been featured in the first edition of a Shanghai magazine called Touch.

Cowie and Fox has been listed as one of the biggest ad agencies in Metro Vancouver by Business in Vancouver Newspaper. *We’re number 12!

If you haven’t heard already, NBC has decided to get rid of the classic peacock icon that it’s had for years.

We’ve seen the little guy transform over the years from illustrations to animation, here’s a few samples:

Pantone annouced the colour of the year this morning. With much anticipation, every designer was trying to guess what it would be, on facebook and twitter. While I wasn’t too surprised with the choice, I was thinking it would be more of a rich red instead of being on the pink side of things. For now I honestly can’t stand the colour, but maybe it’ll start to grow on me as the year moves along.

Last month Cowie and Fox contributed to an art charity event, called Art to Boot. We had to “art up” a pair of Blundstone boots and they’d go up for auction, money raised went to I Heart Van Art. It was a collaborative effort with our Creative Director, David Manzl and Senior Graphic Designer Nicole Phillips.

One Hundred Days is a bold 100 day long experience inspired by the unique collaboration of graffiti art and innovative cuisine. Using the stripped down dining room and exterior of the restaurant as his canvas, local artist Vince Dumoulin will be enhancing his work over time, making each visit unique.

The talented chefs at One Hundred Days will create a tantalizing menu where urban diner meets Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the art surrounding them. Located in the world renowned OPUS Hotel Vancouver, the pop up restaurant concept reinforces the brand’s reputation of being uniquely stylish and always fresh.

Over the weekend, Semperviva Yoga installed the new window graphics we designed for their City location on West Broadway. They are large, in-charge, bright and fun.

There has already been some great feedback on them, through their facebook wall.

A few months ago we talked about some branding we did for a home decor company called Örling & Wu.

At Örling and Wu you will find decorative fabrics and objects from Europe and around the world. The branding strategy was to reflect a fresh mix of contemporary, vintage and classic European styles.
