Fairmont Fare – Oru
We are pleased to announce the launch of Oru, an innovative new restaurant at Vancouver’s newest hotel, the Fairmont Pacific Rim. Oru, which literally means “to fold” in Japanese, is crafted around a central origami sculpture. Thanks to the interactive team at C&F their new website, just like the paper art they are named after, perfectly embodies their simple, yet multifaceted approach to traditional Asian cuisine.
